Margie MacKay
Margie is an artist and researcher known for creating large-scale ceremonies alongside diverse communities both nationally and internationally. Utilising fire, ritual-art forms, design thinking, trans-disciplinary performance modes and collaborative processes. Her work over the past 25+ years has ranged from intimate indoor events, to exuberant street theatre productions, street art installations and epic-scale community ceremonies in many Arts Festivals and Community Gatherings.
Margie recently completed a PhD on Composing Contemporary Ceremony, whilst continuing with her freelance artistic practice. She performs a mentorship role for young and emerging artists, and has an ongoing commitment to reconciliation, the recognition and respect of Indigenous cultures, and championing the rites of humans, other entities and the environment in her works.
Gilbert Douglas
Originating from Zimbabwe, now living in Australia, Gilbert Douglas is one of Southern AfricaΚΌs most respected contemporary dance choreographers and teachers.

Tara Lunch comes from a performing arts background singing, dancing and acting professionally and teaching.
Jacqui Dreessens
Jacqui is an Ethnochoreologist and community arts practitioner in choreography and percussion. She is the recipient of a Stepping Stones Scholarship for the Masters of Arts in Ethnochoreology (First Class Honours) at the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance, University of Limerick.
Philip Lethlean
Philip Lethlean has designed lighting for over 250 original Australian productions in his 30+ year career. Working in collaboration with diverse creative teams, Philip has lit productions across all genres from theatre, opera, ballet, concerts, puppetry, circus, and comedy, both within Australia and Internationally.
