Be Involved

You can register and walk any (or all) stages of Mountain to Mouth or just participate (no cost) in arts experiences along the way.  You choose the distance. You choose the challenge.

There are also other great ways to get involved with the walk.  If you’d like to volunteer to be a Mountain to Mouth bus driver, walk monitor, canoe carrier, station attendee, we’d love to hear from you.  For more information and details go to our volunteer application form.

Get walk fit!

Swim, Sport & Leisure (SSL) have devised an 8 week walking program to help you prepare for Mountain to Mouth 2018.
