It’s a fact of life. We drink and we eat. When we ‘need to spend a penny’ or ‘use the Houses of Parliament’, we all need access to a toilet, none more so as when we are walking and traversing the amazing terrain of the City of Greater Geelong and the Bellarine.
You can Walk this Land, knowing that at each of the 12 song-line stations of Mountain to Mouth, there will be opportunities to ‘spend a penny or two’.
There are toilets at Banks Road and on the Suma Park Railway siding platform, mid-point between Drysdale and the Swan Bay Freshwater and Marine Discovery Centre. And remember that the stages between these points, and between Point Lonsdale and Ocean Grove are longer than most other legs so make sure you plan accordingly.
Forgot to back a picnic backpack? Support local by buying food and drinks from local vendors who will set up for the duration of the Walking Circle. We can’t, however, guarantee supply so it’s best to bring your own food and water.
