This path is mostly flat and changes from gravel paths, sealed footpaths, roadsides and grassed nature strips.
Walk through the industrial area at night, see the steam whizz out of pipes against zillions of lights and the tall towers and huge silos and cranes. Talk to workers changing shifts and delivering goods in their trucks. This is a rare opportunity to walk the industrial heartland of Geelong and is a highlight of the walk.
